We’re not here to “fix” you. We’re here to walk with you as you return to your center, where grace meets groundedness, where nervous system care becomes a practice, and where emotional nakedness isn’t scary… it’s sacred.
Rooted in therapeutic expertise and real life experience, Therya is a place where heart-heavy people who are used to holding it all together come to soften, to reclaim, to reconnect. We do the work with depth, with humor, and without judgment.

Meet Alexandria Williams, Founder of Therya, Nervous System Educator, Safe Space Holder
Get to Know our founder
Alexandria Williams, LPC, LCDC is an EMDR trained, Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people create safety inside the mind and body in order to, process emotional wounds, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Alexandria draws on parts work, nervous system science, somatic tools, and intuitive conversation to support clients in reconnecting with the self beneath the coping.
Her work centers those who have spent too long performing wellness instead of actually living it. She specializes in holding space for those navigating identity, generational patterns, anxiety, and burnout, especially those within Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and Neurodivergent communities, who are ready to feel more whole and fully themselves.

02 –Reflexe™ Coaching
Not quite therapy, but not surface-level. You’ve read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Maybe even gone to therapy. You know what’s “wrong”; but knowing hasn’t made it easier to move forward.
This space is for those who understand their patterns intellectually but haven’t yet felt their way through them. For those who are still trying to out-think anxiety, override emotions, or “fix” themselves with force.
The Reflexe™ Method guides you back into relationship with the parts of you that are tired, wounded, afraid, avoidant, or just trying to survive. We help you stop managing your healing and start living it.

We offer individual therapy and coaching sessions. Our work integrates somatic practices, parts work, and identity-affirming approaches to support emotional regulation, trauma healing, and self-acceptance.

Yes, all sessions are currently held virtually. Alexandria works with clients across Texas, Arkansas, and Washington. Coaching is open to anyone, regardless of location.
