Get to Know our founder
Alexandria Williams, LPC, LCDC is a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people create safety inside the mind and body in order to, process emotional wounds, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Alexandria draws on parts work, nervous system science, somatic tools, and intuitive conversation to support clients in reconnecting with the self beneath the coping.
Her work centers those who have spent too long performing wellness instead of actually living it. She specializes in holding space for those navigating identity, generational patterns, anxiety, and burnout, especially those within Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, and Neurodivergent communities, who are ready to feel more whole and fully themselves.
Why I Created Therya →
”I created Therya because people are uneasy about what they’ll find if they get quiet enough to feel. But your mind isn’t something to fear. Honoring your emotions is a birthright. You just need space to meet them safely, and that’s what we do here.”
